The main discussion was about finalization of the proposal of new working group titled "Harmonic studies in transmission network". In this regard Mr. Esmailie presented the draft of the proposal.

Finally this proposal was approved by considering the below comments:

a) The methods to determine the penalties for industries which inject out of range harmonics

b) Considering the steel complex industries as the first priority

c) Cooperation with regional electric companies with large industrial customers
