The Agenda of this meeting was as follows:

2- Report on consultation with Niroo Research Institute (NRI) for cooperation of research members of the Institute in the scientific activities of the committee.

3- Follow-up on drafts of previous proposals for their approval.

4- Consultation on preparing a two-page summary of CIGRE technical brochures, website design and committee information.

5- Summary and conclusion.

At first, the chairman introduced Dr. Jabbari, a member of the faculty of the Niroo Research Institute, as a candidate for membership in the committee, and after presenting her resume and professional and study records, she was accepted as the new member of the committee. The chairman also presented a report on the meetings held with Dr. Jabbari in the past month, and Dr. Jabbari also provided detailed explanations regarding the use of the potential of the Niroo Research Institute, including the research institute and educational complexes, as well as the use of supporting institutions such as the National Elite Foundation. Since Dr. Jabbari is now a main member of the committee, further follow-ups will be carried out through her and in coordination with the chairman. Due to the absence of the proposers of the proposals at the meeting, the decision on them was postponed to a later date. In addition, the chairman is preparing a summary of the technical brochure of the C1.44 International CIGRE working group, which was recently published in cooperation with two members of CIGRE Iran.

The chairman then presented the latest news from Tavanir Company regarding the planning of the first transmission grid at the 765 kV voltage level, and stated that it is a good opportunity to present the history and experiences of two decades of studies conducted nationwide in this field, as well as to present challenges and major strategies to help Tavanir Company make the true decisions in this field. After detailed discussions, it was decided that initial steps would be taken in two directions: to announce the committee's readiness to participate in the studies, and to hold specialized meetings on this issue by the committee.
